Custom Wedding Card…even the Envelope Liner!

My sister attending a wedding this past Sunday and asked me to make a wedding card. I usually like to match my cards to the invitations when possible, here’s the invitation.

Wed Invite

And this is what I came up with.

Inspired by the invitation colors I used the following card stock colors: Basic Black for the card base, Whisper White to layer and then an embossed piece of Smoky Slate for an elegant look. I tried matching the monogram and ribbon.

I used the same embossing folder (Fancy Fan) for the envelope flap.

Using My Digital Studio I printed the inside of the card on Whisper White cardstock and then used the largest framelit from the “Labels Collections”. I also made a custom envelope liner with the names of the bride & groom. I printed the liner on regular copy paper because I didn’t want a bulky envelope and then used the large envelope liner framelits for a perfect fit!
