Marker to Stamp Technique:
Instead of using ink pads, try the marker to stamp technique. Katie from Stampin’Up! will show you how to color the rubber stamp with a Stampin’ Write Marker, give it a breath to re-moisten the ink and stamp the image. This works great on any stamp from a blocked image to an intricate design.
Since the discontinuation of Stampin’Up! blendabilites it’s a good time to remember that we still have great products we can use for awesome water coloring techniques. I shared this video almost a year ago showing how you can use just your clear block for an effective water coloring background and you don’t even have to use water coloring paper! Just take a look at this video and see how simple it is!
