Wow, we had 36 stampers at the event! We met new stampers and friends, we enjoyed seeing regular stampers/friends, friendships were formed, fun has had and that’s what it’s all about!
After each event Deb (Debra LaFountaine) and I usually go for lunch to discuss the event and what we can improve. We love the feedback we get from our stampers, especially when they tell us how much they enjoy the cards they made. Some stampers like them so much that they make double sets! This was the first time we had more double sets than single ones, in total we prepared 54 card sets!
I love helping people find their creative side, there were a few newbies who have never stamped before and they were amazed that they were able to make awesome cards. Again, that’s what it’s all about for us!
We’re looking forward to next month’s event which happens to be World Card Making Day so it’s going to be special. We have two additional talented demonstrators that are joining us in creating cards and special prizes and a raffle. Everyone is very eager to come and have fun, we actually have 48 registered as of this morning!
As promised, here are the cards everyone made yesterday. I hope you like them as much as everyone else did!
As you know when making cards they don’t have to be originals, you can be inspired by someone’s design and tweak it a little to make it yours or you can case it exactly how they made it. That is why we share our ideas on social media. We are proud of what we create and we hope to inspire others.
Below are the products used to make the above cards, tomorrow I will post Debra’s cards.
