This is what thousands and thousands of demonstrators look like at the recent OnStage event in Orlando. We all congregated to celebrate 30 years of Stampin’ Up!
I had a terrific time learning new ideas seeing new products and sharing this adventure with my fellow demonstrators, friends and team members.

Carmen and Marilyn both won the Wonderful Romance stamp set
This year we are able to share what we saw at the event. Wonderful Romance was one of the many stamping demonstrations. Enjoy the following samples stamped with this set.
I just love the Designer Series Paper from this Floral Romance Suite and the Floral Romance Seals. I can’t wait to get my hands on them and start creating!
Patti and JoAnn won one of the best stamp sets. The Well Said stamp set has 51 stamps!
I was exhausted when I got home Saturday night! It was a long 4 days and I can’t wait to share all the stamp sets, papers, punches and dies I will be ordering from the pre-order. This is one of the perks of being a demonstrator, I get to see them before they are available to purchase. You can join my team and have the same advantage as well. Contact me for additional information!
I was one of the 200 Top Performers in the US. I was so thrilled to achieve this! I would be honored to have you as one of my team members.
OnStage is over and I am back home! Before I get into sharing the big news from OnStage I want to let you know what products are retiring from our current Annual and Occasions Catalogs. This is the time to put in your orders before they are gone for good. Some of the Bundles will be retiring, the stamps and framelits might continue in the new catalog but you will not be able to purchase them in a Bundle with the 10% discount.

Now for the BIG NEWS…
During OnStage Stampin’ Up! announced that they are making significant and beautiful changes in their color collections effective June 1st. I will be sharing additional information on what’s coming soon. In the meantime, a few colors will be retiring from the core color collections along with the 2017-2018 In Colors (with the exception of Flirty Flamingo which will continue as a new core color.)
See the new Color Revamp HERE
In addition to the Color Revamp Stampin’ Up! has changed the design of the Ink Pads. Using research from demonstrators and customers Stampin’ Up! discovered a few things that could improve the design of the Classic Stampin’ Pad case.
They wanted the new case to
- Be less confusing to open. Opening the new ink pad case is now more simple and intuitive—just insert your thumb in the “lip” at the front of the case and lift it to open (similar to a cosmetic case.)
- Have a tighter fit between the lid and the base. With the new design, the lid doesn’t accidentally become disconnected which was a common problem with the old case style. With use, the lid will be easier to slide open and close.
- Be stackable. The ability to stack the cases makes them easier to store and transport. They designed a nub in each bottom corner that fits nicely into the “dimple” on the top of another case.
- Include improved labels and stickers. Here are a few of the ways they’ve done that:
- They’ve redesigned the front label with a cleaner, bolder design and larger color swatch, making it easier to see the ink’s color.
- They’ve included a new In Color icon.
- They’re continuing to provide color stickers that you can place on the end of each case to easily identify the ink’s color at a glance.
- They’re providing a new color sticker you can place on the inside of the pad, so you can easily distinguish the ink’s color when the case is open.
IS THE INK DIFFERENT?
Since they were improving the case they decided to make improvements to the ink as well!
They added defoamer to the ink ingredients because they noticed that the old ink would sometimes bubble (especially on new pads and with lighter colors). When this happened, the ink wasn’t as even and smooth when stamped as they’d like to see it.
The added defoamer will
- Reduce ink bubbles
- Help you get an even coating of ink on the stamp
- Help the stamped image have a smoother, solid look
So this is the big news I wanted to share from OnStage. There will be more to come and I will let you soon.
We made it to Las Vegas early Thursday morning, hardly any sleep for us all. That didn’t stop us from dropping our bags of at our hotel room in the Rio and venture out for some fun!
My Stampin’Amigas, Cydra, Debra and Patti headed out to the strip. We visited the Venetian and Paris hotels. We found some love at the Venetian, that’s me on the “E”.
Being silly at the Venetian.
After dinner we treated ourselves to some delicious desserts at the Paris hotel.
Day 2 -Friday, we headed to the Mandolin Bay hotel for breakfast.
Mimosas for my friends and coffee for me. We’re still having so much fun and will need to rest for tomorrow’s Stampin’ Up event!
While at the OnStage event in Savannah I was recognized for my 10 Years as a Stampin’Up! Demonstrator. There were a few demonstrators present in Savannah and they had us march on stage to state our names and where we were from. It was touching to have Stampin’Up! recognize us for our continued relationship with them!
A bit blurry but a great feeling!
Celebrity sighting in Savannah, my friends and I stopped at a café in the Market Square for a bit to eat and we spotted Hugh Hefner in all his glory!
He was stopped for autographs and photos. The most famous 91 year-old around!
Yes, he’s wearing a smoking jacket, I guess he never leaves home without it.
Products are limited, don’t miss out!
I had a great time at OnStage! Here are a few more pictures, unfortunately when others use your phone to take pictures they don’t seem to focus the camera. Oh well, at least we have the memories!
Cyndra and Carmen were so EXCITED to win a prize!
Carmen and her Prize Patrol Win! Sorry it’s still a secret.

I can’t wait until I can show the catalog and products I have!
As I mentioned on an earlier post, I will be attending a Stampin’Up! event in Tampa this coming weekend; OnStage. Well today I’m thinking about my swaps for this event and I’ve decided to use a stamp set from the big catalog that I love and have never used. I’m going to use “Remarkable You”, so I’m searching the internet for inspiration. I found a few ideas I want to springboard off of to get my creative juices flowing. Let’s see what I come up with! Below is the stamp set.
