I usually start my Fall and Christmas Stamp-A-Stack classes in September but since I will be on vacation during the September timeframe I decided to get started earlier in August. Here is the Fall card we made.
Yes, it’s a thank you card but I used the new Fall Lighthearted Leaves stamp set from the upcoming Holiday Catalog. I found the color layout on Pintrest from Kylie Bertucci. I love the new Fine-Tip Glue Pen also from the Holiday Catalog, it makes adding glue to the greetings thinlits a breeze!
With the Layered Letters Alphabet Stamp Set you can create your own messages, personalize cards, and more. Use the letters alone or stamp them over the rectangle and circle solid shapes. This alphabet set is a crafter’s must-have. Watch and see how this one stamp set can do so many things.
I was asked to make good-bye card for fellow co-worker who was leaving and of course I had to use the From the Herd stamp set again. This time I colored, added texture and had some fun!
I made the card look like it had one of those swinging western bar doors, or least that was the look I was going for! I know it was a good-bye card but I didn’t have a die cut with the word good-bye so hello it was! Well the animals were saying hello before their goodbyes (that works for me).
I did some coloring using the retired and removed Stampin’Up! Blendabilities…whaaaa, I’m going to miss them!
Hope you like the card, I had fun making it!
