New Product on it’s Way!

A while ago I was excited to become part of Stampin ‘Up’s Leader to Leader (L2L) team. This team consists of a group of Stampin ‘Up! employees and demonstrators like myself who collaborate in coming up with ideas for stamping tools and helping stampers enjoy the art of stamping. Adding to the excitement, one of my classes was selected to feature and try a prototype Stampin ‘Up! has been developing for the past few months!

On Saturday, November 19th I had 13 stampers at my home to use this product in development. Tanner Smedley, Sourcing & Development Specialist and Mike Vanderlinden, E-Commerce Specialist from the Stampin’ Up! home office joined  my stampers and I at my Stamp-A-Stack class. We were all very excited to use and play with this prototype and give our feedback. It was an overwhelming positive response and we can’t wait until it’s available for purchase.

Unfortunately I cannot share pictures of the prototype or go into more detail about it and because of this I forgot to take pictures of everyone while they were at my home but here are a couple of pictures before everyone left.

That’s Mike on the far left and Tanner on the far right. We were all busy putting together the cards we made.

Here’s Mike giving a one-on-one demonstration.

We had a great time with Mike and Tanner and after everyone was gone they treated my husband Darren and I to a late lunch. They wanted to try something different so we took them to a local Hispanic (Puerto Rican) restaurant called Guavate. They both had a taste of Mofongo and loved it! They are currently on the search for a Latin restaurant in Utah that serves Mofongo.

Today is the last day for the Online Extravaganza, just click on the image below to view these deals.
